Returns
As we ship directly from our workshop in Bali we are unable to accept returns.
If you have received the wrong item, or one that is damaged, please contact us by e-mail or whatsApp to report problem. Please include photo of wrong or damaged item. Full refund is after review and approval.
Refunds are only available for mis-shipped or damaged items.
Refunds are not available for items that have been willfully damaged or misused.
Order processing times are separate from the shipping times you will see at checkout.
All orders are processed and shipped within 5 to 15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
There may be potential delays due to COVID-19, unfortunately these are problems that are outside of our control.
Shipping Rates by Country
We offer international shipping worldwide.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Balizen is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Shipping rates by country are as follows:
🇦🇺 Australia
- Orders over $50 are only $15 to ship anywhere in Australia.
- Orders under $50 cost $25 to ship anywhere in Australia.
🇮🇩 Indonesia
- Orders over $50 are free to ship anywhere in Indonesia.
- Orders under $50 cost $15 to ship anywhere in Indonesia.
🇸🇬 Singapore
- Orders over $50 are only $10 to ship anywhere in Singapore.
- Orders under $50 cost $25 to ship anywhere in Singapore.
🇺🇸 United States
- Orders over $50 are only $15 to ship anywhere in USA.
- Orders under $50 cost $35 to ship anywhere in USA.
🌐 Rest of World
- Orders over $50 are only $20 to ship anywhere in the world.
- Orders under $50 cost $40 to ship anywhere in the world.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@balizenhome.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
