Why do wood, vetiver and water hyacinth products not ship to my country?

Australia, Canada and European countries require fumigation for all wood, vetiver and water hyacinth products. The fumigation adds a lot to the shipping cost, and for that reason we opt to not ship these products to these countries. If you would like to inquire about it, feel free to contact us (see bottom of page).

Shipping Rates by Country

We offer international shipping worldwide.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Balizen is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Shipping rates by country are as follows:

🇦🇺 Australia

  • Orders over $50 are only $15 to ship anywhere in Australia.
  • Orders under $50 cost $25 to ship anywhere in Australia.

🇮🇩 Indonesia

  • Orders over $50 are free to ship anywhere in Indonesia.
  • Orders under $50 cost $15 to ship anywhere in Indonesia.

🇸🇬 Singapore

  • Orders over $50 are only $10 to ship anywhere in Singapore.
  • Orders under $50 cost $25 to ship anywhere in Singapore.

🇺🇸 United States

  • Orders over $50 are only $15 to ship anywhere in USA.
  • Orders under $50 cost $35 to ship anywhere in USA.

🌐 Rest of World

  • Orders over $50 are only $20 to ship anywhere in the world.
  • Orders under $50 cost $40 to ship anywhere in the world.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@balizenhome.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

How do I order wholesale?

For Indonesian or international wholesale, please go to: tokoBalizen.com and register to make an account. After notification of approval, you can complete your account setup and make draft orders with wholesale prices. We can handle shipping for you and include packing, export documents and shipping cost on your pro-forma invoice or you can pick up your order at our workshop in Bali.

For USA wholesale, you can either order from Faire.com, or from our factory direct website, Balizendirect.com (request password for site access).

Can I make a wholesale order in Bali?

If you're visiting Bali and would like to see our products in person while you shop, we are happy to take your wholesale order in person at our Seminyak or Ubud stores, or you can make an appointment to meet us at our workshop in Kerobokan. Just shoot us an email or whatsapp message.
